Deliver your digital files
Communicate about your project
Provide customer service

No payment information is stored by Digital You.
All payments are handled securely through your chosen platform (PayPal, Wix Payments, etc.).

Digital Product Policy

Digital You creates and delivers digital products only.
No physical items are shipped. All files are delivered electronically via email or download link.

Because digital files cannot be returned:

All sales are final.
However, if there is an issue with your files, we will work with you to correct any errors or formatting problems.

Custom Work & Turnaround - Usage Rights

Custom journals, coloring books, and digital assets are created based on the theme and instructions provided by the customer.

Turnaround times vary depending on workload and project size.
Digital You will always communicate estimated delivery times clearly.

Minor revisions are included. Major redesigns may require an additional fee.

Usage Rights

When you purchase a Digital You product, you receive the rights to:

✔ Print the file
✔ Use it for personal or business purposes
✔ Upload it to Amazon KDP or other platforms
✔ Resell the final book or product

What you may NOT do:

✘ Resell or redistribute the raw digital files as-is
✘ Claim the design was created by someone else
✘ Sell or share the files as templates

You can sell the finished book you publish — that is your product.

Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately or created custom for each customer:

Refunds are not offered on digital purchases.
If you experience a technical issue, incorrect file, or formatting problem, Digital You will correct the issue at no extra cost.
